Unicounter : Release Notes

Version 1.03 15th Nov 2004

• Changed the default value of trackip. Previously, it was 0 but it is now 8.
  Since this value is ignored unless creating a new counter, existing counters will be unaffected.
• Added write=jsvar option.
  If this is used, counter output may be used in other javascript code. The counter output will read, for example, as follows :-

  var countername=27;

• The deliver parameter has been enhanced. See parameter reference.
• Numerous small code changes. For instance :-
     Parsing of parameters is more robust.
     Code now compiles as strict.
• Corrections and additions have been made to the documentation.

Version 1.02 20th April 2004

• Clarified license and added a selection of graphics for use as links. (Graphics subsequently discontinued.)
• No functional changes.

Version 1.01 15th Nov 2003

• Default value of cache parameter changed to 0.
• The inc parameter is ignored if a new counter is created and create is specified.
• Zip file name changed to unicount.zip.
